We can manage the whole investigation process or provide lead investigators to support your internal capability.
We have established training and coaching services to strengthen internal investigation effectiveness. This comprises a combined approach of e-learning, classroom teaching, and follow up coaching once candidate have gained actual investigation experience.
We can design and facilitate ‘Lessons Learned’ workshops on completion of major projects, turnarounds or other significant activity. Our focus is to maximise engagement from a range of perspectives to get a full picture of what went well, and what needs strengthened.
