Our clients requested assessment against the OEUK Eight Principles of Process Safety Leadership. The purpose of these engagements was to identify areas for Process Safety improvement for senior leaders.

The first phase of the assessment involved one-to-one engagement with individual senior leaders to establish both their knowledge and understanding of process safety and the actions and behaviours they take to support process safety in your organization.
